Your initial consultation with me will be laying the foundations of the process, it is an opportunity for you to discuss your worries and fears.
Through a sequence of processes together with our discussions you will eventually be in a position to know which characteristics/traits are having the greatest impact on your life and therefore require your immediate attention.
Working towards understanding from what source the traits originate (past events) will require your own personal imput away from the clinic. The advantage of this is that you are being given the time and oportunity to reflect on past experiences and events. One of the advantages of this process is that there is no time limit placed upon you. You do not have to do it all at once, all that is required from you is that you take your time and be as honest with your answers as you can. A greater level of success is achieved by taking your time.
In an effort to assist you with your progress, when required, regular ongoing support and reassurance is provided in future sessions either at the clinic or arrangements can be made for an email/phone facility. This offers you an opportunity to discuss many of the feelings that have revealed themselves to you. You will have the reassurance of not feeling isolated during your process of discovery and healing.

Followup Sessions: Approx. 1 hour
